This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A DAILY dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium for dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

High doses of vitamin C inhibit the activity of histamines thereby reducing inflammation.

Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid and is very efficient in alleviating pain. dl-phenylalanine (DLPA) has been found to be safer than, and as effective as commonly prescribed or over-the-counter drugs. Beneficial effects can last up to 3-4 weeks after stopping treatment. While it effectively blocks long term pain, messages of short-term acute pain (eg.burns etc.) can still be received & acted on by the brain.

Glucosamine Hydrochloride (derived from seafood) and Chondroitin sulphate are major constituents of bone cartilage and other connective tissue. Research has shown that supplementation of 1000mg per day can preserve the structural integrity of joints and 1500 to 2000 mg per day can eliminate pain caused by arthritis.
